Currently we ship within the continental United States. For international inquiries or larger, fragile pieces, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Every piece is packaged with care using recyclable materials — bubble wrap, kraft paper, and sturdy boxes. Wreaths and delicate pieces receive extra protection. We include a hand-written thank-you note in every order.

Absolutely. We include one round of revisions during the design phase at no extra charge. Additional revisions or major changes after production begins may incur additional cost.

Our wreaths are made with high-quality silk florals and are best displayed indoors or on a covered porch away from direct sunlight and rain. Dust gently with a soft brush or hair dryer on cool setting. Store in a large plastic bag or wreath box between seasons.

Our wooden signs are sealed with a matte protective finish and can be dusted with a soft cloth. Avoid direct sunlight over long periods to preserve paint colors. For outdoor use, please request our outdoor-sealed finish option.

We use quality pine and birch woods, decorative papers, water-based acrylic paints, non-toxic sealants, silk florals, and natural elements like eucalyptus, lavender, and cotton. Every material is chosen for beauty and longevity.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they arrive in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable, but we'll do everything we can to make it right if you're unsatisfied.

We're so sorry! Please email us photos within 3 days of delivery and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund. We stand behind everything we make.

Yes — every order includes complimentary hand-tied ribbon and a gift-ready presentation. Add a personal note at checkout and we'll include it hand-written on our stationery.
